Once an order is made we start to cut and assemble your items in our Perth studio. It takes 2-3 days to make before we ship it. Please note that once your order is placed and payment is made you cannot cancel your order since we work on a made-to-order basis. We use Australia Post. You will receive a tracking number with a dispatch email.
