Our Shipping Policy

How We Do It

Please allow 5 to 8 business days for your order to be processed, created and shipped. Since we work on a made-to-order basis, we need time to make your items before we can ship them. For orders larger than 6 items we need 8 to 12 business days.

An estimated delivery date will be sent via email once we have processed your order.

All orders will be shipped from our studio in Perth, Australia.


Please make sure your delivery information is correct and that you have specified any extra information needed for delivery. We cannot change any information once your items have been shipped.


We do not ship on Sundays or National Australian holidays.


Orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Lief the label is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. All orders will receive a tracking number. After the package has left the studio, tracking of the parcel is the customers responsibility.

Returns policy

If a product you receive is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Defective products include holes, unravelling of textiles and broken zippers.

We accept returns if the item is faulty or damaged. Since we work on a made-to-order basis you cannot cancel an order once you have submitted it. We accept returns if we are contacted via email at: liefthelabel@gmail.com and the return is received within 14 days of receiving your order. All items must be returned to us in their original and unused condition with original packaging and receipt. Once items are received and inspected, we will issue a refund or exchange less shipping charges. Your refund will be issued in the original payment method or you will be sent a replacement if we have fabric left in stock.
